Bayou Manufacturing has been designing and using
friction stir welding tools for 15 years. Our tools have produced more miles of welds than all other suppliers combined, by a wide margin.
We have designed and produced tools for more metals, alloys, and thicknesses than all other producers combined.
Many of the tool designs in our list have been proven in our development work and production work. Some have been designed at the specific request of customers. We will be pleased to quote any of our tool designs in any quantity.
